Your habits, energy, and mindset are the console that life runs on.
I’ve lived in the rainforest, I’ve lived on the Beach, and I’ve lived on my best friend’s couch. I’ve been a full time waiter to pay my rent and I’ve also worked for some of the largest corporations in the world. I’m a gamer, world traveler, corporate project lead, dad, D1 athlete, start-up owner, and life coach.
When I first had the idea for GYG, I had just returned to the U.S. with no job, no car, and no clear direction. I was working double shifts at Target and sleeping on a friend’s couch - but I had something valuable: perspective.
I realized that the same mindset I used to succeed in video games, could also be applied to real life.
That’s when the GYG ebook was born.

“I was burnt out, ready to walk away from my job, and struggling to keep my home life from boiling over. E helped me reset my mindset, find breathing room at work, and, honestly, even gave me tips on how not to drive my pregnant wife crazy. I’m in a better place at work and at home.”

“Before working with E, I was running my detailing business off a Facebook page, always scrambling to keep up with clients. Now I’ve got a brand that actually feels professional and a way to schedule appointments that doesn’t stress me out. I can focus on the work I love instead of chasing chaos.”
